Office staff are nice to work with. Getting an appointment is fairly easy. Dr. Seitz generally seemed rushed and unable to spend more than 15 minutes per appointment. I was also concerned that Dr. Seitz seemed resistant to refer to specialists when he is a PCP and my husband has several complex issues. Instead, he tried to act as internist, pulmonologist, dermatologist, etc... I was disappointed with his impatient listening and rushed solutions. After my doctor abruptly retired, I was a nervous wreck looking for a new doctor. I have now been going to Dr. Seitz for a couple of years. I have never had a problem getting an appointment. His staff are friendly, courteous and caring and his office is clean. I've been going to Dr. Seitz for almost 21 years. He is the best of the best! He is a very knowledgeable Doctor. Professional, Dedicated, Courteous, Friendly. I could go on and on. If you're looking for an outstanding Doctor, go to Dr. Seitz. You will be impressed. He also has the most amazing staff. They're definitely a one team environment! He actually took care of me at Tracy Sutter Community Hospital when I was having another pancreatic attack. I don't know how I got him considering it was supposed to be my own primary doctor there, but he was there instead. I wish he were my doctor but sadly he doesn't accept Medicare/Health Plan of San Joaquin unless that's changed. He's a good looking young chap and takes good care of you. Our family doc for many years and cannot say enough great things about Dr. Seitz and his staff. Where to start ? Dr Mitch saved my life in 1999 by sending me to see Dr Punja here also in Tracy the same day he saw me for the first time They found a valve leaking in my heart that was bad. No other Dr's found it or even said hay there is a strange noise coming from your heart. Since then Mitch and I have become good friends . I see him when I need to he is always there for me 24 7 . In my little world he is not just my Doctor Mitch is like family. I often tell people he is my little brother

It would be difficult to find a more compassionate, skilled physician in Tracy. He is patient with patients with multiple medical problems. His staff are also easily accessible and deal with issues in a timely manner. Very pleased with his office.
