Lacks Integrity... My roof was installed last spring. Albeit, the company had to return a few days later to replace a larger number of shingles that were blown off the day after my install. After my job was completed, the sales rep asked for referrals and explained the company offered a referral bonus. I provided a referral and the company installed my friend’s roof a couple months later. After several months and multiple reminders, no gift card as promised. All projects present different obstacles, it is how a company handles those obstacles that makes the difference. I had my roof, rain gutters and some siding replaced and they did a great job! I will call them for future projects.

Are you looking for a great roofing company? I highly recommend this company and the co-owner John. He' s a very ethical person and does the right thing. They were on time, did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves.

After some initial set backs and lack of communications, the owner of the company came out and apologized and then went above and beyond the norm to helped make me feel taken care of. He offered an extended warranty that was much more than the average company. The quality of the work itself was good (I had my roof replaced due to storm damage) so after having the communication issues resolved I felt much better about Seipel and would consider using them again for future needs.
