Was disappointed to learn After I got the bill, that they charged us $65 just to come to our door (we live in the area they say they service) on top of the actual hourly rate. (They should have been upfront about that charge) Also, we specifically told them not to use the outside water spigot as it was broken, they used it anyways. So I had to clean up alot of water out of our basement when they got done. Will not be calling them again.
Having dealt with them at home and work they always do a good job and seem like they really enjoy it. They are super easy to talk to and get things worked out.

Ordered a new dishwasher from them, didn’t even think about handle being in the way of drawer...until it was installed...�� “No problem, we have one in stock that will work, same price, we can deliver today!” So, they switched it out, no questions asked! AWESOME!!! Not my first time doing business with them and definitely not the last! GREAT people and GREAT service!!! ���
