James is amazing at listening and made my plans for my bathroom remodel as seamless as possible. His creativity and insight helped make all the decisions so easy. There are so many decisions when remodeling and James made sure I was comfortable with all decisions and that my choices would make my bathroom both comfortable, functional and beautiful. I refer and recommend James at every chance I get because I trust his expertise and commitment to providing and excellent finished product.
Love the professionalism, responsiveness and amazing designs that James does. He is an amazing designer, but so much more than that. Especially if needing an ADU, he is the person to contact.
Looks strange
My home project started with a consultation in July 2019. It started really well and then somehow gotten so far behind schedule that I am forced to write this negative review. My biggest complaint is a lack of communication from James. If your customer has to email you 3 times or leave voicemails and you still do not get back to your customer for weeks at a time I am not sure how many stars I should leave.
I highly recommend James. He was very responsive, professional, and affordable, and he had great suggestions that helped us make educated decisions about our project. We had a set of plans within a couple of weeks. He worked with the city efficiently and answered all of our questions along the way. We will definitely use him again in the future. Thank you so much, James!
