The Duarte location has great front desk staff, but after having my car 16 days the molding on my driver's side door wasn't sitting properly AND there was still a dent in the door that had the most damage to it...the Regional manager happened to be there and took my complaint and said that the shop would cover the cost of the rental... unfortunately I've not heard any progress since I left yesterday morning.
I had a very bad experience with them.... corona office just gave us a poor, unprofessional and rude customer service... I will never do business with them again.... I even spoked with the facility Manager and regional Manager and nothing was done...they ended up refusing to repair my car ....
Well I was a little nervous about getting my car fixed - anywhere...yes it's my baby (2015 Bright Yellow Mustang 50 year anniversary)... well guess what? They made it better than PERFECT....OH MY GOD..Thank you all.. Richard

From beginning to end I was very pleased with my service in the Fontana & Loma Linda shops Sam & Patrick were great. I love the work they did on my car, the paint job was awesome, my car look better than before Patrick Fargo handled my claim from beginning to end I will always recommend them
First time there and I was very pleased. Great, professional, pleasant staff from the people at the front desk, their driver and my service rep! Hope I don't have any future damages to repair but if I do I'd definitely would return there. Thank you Seidner's!
Everyone at the West Covina location is Fantastic! We had a Great Experience. We are very busy people and have limited extra time. When we dropped off our Odyssey for repair , Juan was very patient while I explained to him the repairs that we needed, since our situation was unique. After we finished discussing the repairs, he did not hesitate to arrange for a ride back to my home. The repairs were done in just a few days!
