Spent a fair deal for personal tax services, within 45 days I received a letter from the collections department at the IRS, reached out for assistance from Rick Seidman the person who initially helped me. No response. This is not how you operate a customer facing business. I would recommend avoiding this accountant, for the money required you can find a different accounting service. Will not be working with this accountant ever again.
