Addition - After Making my previous post, the Owner did reach out to me and apologized for the actions of some of the other employees, refunded more then half of the money, and came and fixed the electrical to that which was originally agreed to. The Owner Made it Right. Notes to the Owner: Bart that showed up today, was professional. He was Apologetic for what had happened up until this point. If you want timely response. Don't use Seider. If you want the work done that was agreed to. Don't use Seider. If you want Employees Fighting in your house. Don't use Seider. I have had a series of interactions that left me not really wanting to work with the company. Once again, Seider comes through. We had 4 furnaces replaced along with 4 central air conditioners installed in 9/2018. When we had the arctic weather they came out to promptly to service 2 furnaces. Then we had some pipe issues, they came - no problem. Now recently (2/2020) had another pipe issue, out they came, no fuss! They are a reliable, professional, respectful, kind and friendly company. We highly recommend them.
