It is my opinion that this is an extremely unethical operation. They assumed a debt of mine to collect from me. We made a reasonable arrangement to make payments... I made those payments for a few months and then suddenly they're portal for payments just stopped working. I tried to call and left a messages I took screenshot video showing the error I'm facing.
