Contacted Kathleen Kelly regarding renewal on property insurance. She was so helpful, courteous, and responded back with answers so quickly! Don't experience such great customer service like she provided very often. I'm sure with so many natural disasters occurring all over, there are a LOT of folks calling with questions, so truly appreciate the great service. Very happy! Thank you so much.

I called the number on the Progressive auto insurance policy and was told my agent is Amanda. The agent listed on the policy card is “Seibertkeck Insurance Agency” so I will not limit this review to a person. I only see positive reviews of agents on here so I am assuming those reviews were solicited by the agents and encouraged by the company.
