After a devastating hurricane and 3 plus years of uncertainty and claims we had an issue with our carrier paying our last submission of claims amounting to over $16,000. Amanda tried her best to resolve this for us, but when denied she didn't stop! I was with Progressive, via SiebertKeck for my homeowner's insurance until recently when I received a letter basically threatening to cancel my insurance. I changed my insurance over to Allstate after the escrow disbursement was made and after several phone calls, I finally got this lady named Tae, who straight lied to me regarding my escrow refund. Bottom line is DON'T deal with a broker... you're paying them on top of what you pay for insurance. Save money by buying direct.
I had seen Erin numerous times in the past years and now that I have had the opportunity to work with her I have really grown to respect & appreciate her hard work. She’s very engaging & personable.
