Waited a few days to share. I went into REI in Albuquerque to purchase a pair of On Cloud or either Brooks tennis shoes. The guy in the shoe dept got me a pair of each after I stood around several minutes while he just walked back and forth. No other customers around. He didn’t have my size in Brooks, but did On Cloud. Sits the box down and leaves. I tried putting on the right shoe but the laces were unable to be tied as they were not laced properly giving you a 5” lace on one side and about a 18” lace on the other. I asked ... read more
