Called parts and asked about availability of a tire for my bike, this was my third time to purchase a tire from Sehorn. The tire was available so I was transferred to service. I asked if they could mount the tire today. The service guy said to come on up, a 50 mile one way trip. I arrived at 11:18 at 2:30 I left and rode the 50 miles back home without anyone ever touching my bike. They wasted my time. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I used to tell friends to go to Sehorn for service, NEVER AGAIN
