I have been going here for almost a year! I appreciate their patience and service. They always remain professional while still remaining very authentically themselves. I appreciate that in the medical field! :) highly recommend! (Also really amazing staff and really amazing frames to choose from!)
Borderline best clinical experience of my life. The staff is truly amazing - nobody's figured out my weird insurance in five years and they called and knew the details of my coverage before I even came in. Even the Dr. took the time to pull up a custom spreadsheet to help me figure out the most cost effective option. Just sitting in that oasis of a waiting room was the most relaxed I've been in weeks. Five stars.
Excellent care from both the Dr. Redick and staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. I felt heard and well taken care of highly recommend!
I've been to quite a few Optometrists in my life. First greeted by Hailey. Kind, helpful. Then Dr. Reddick. Young, smart, kind. They use modern equipment. Showed me photos immediately of my eyes. Explained everything. I will definitely keep going to him. He and his staff were awesome!
