-----------UPDATE, 6/09/23 ----- Apart from Sehatu's Dr. Kahn's sense of I-am-man-I-am-the-expert, in my last zoom with him, in reviewing my overall health profile-- he'd decided I'd become a regular dope head since last we talked. I’m really dissatisfied with their customer service. I left that review when I was initially referred to them and I felt very ignored in trying to get help for urgent issues sleeping. Now I write a year later with similar complains. It has been six months since I took an in-lab sleep study with them and I am still waiting for results. I have texted, called, emailed and asked my real doctor to contact them. Each time I reach someone mine is “the next one they will send out” and then nothing comes.
