Staff was very helpful and understanding.
This business is more of a money grab than a medical office. The consultations I had were impersonal, rushed, and generally unhelpful. I did a 2 night at home sleep study which to me was dubious in accuracy, but then after they want me to do a $800+ in person study after charging me $300+ for the in home study. When I did my consultation, I was told that the in home sleep study would be around $160. I asked very explicitly about costs because I was paying out of pocket. Really like the virtual visit opportunity
I'm leaving Sehatu Sleep. It's a mess of a 'business'. For example (1)consistently employees are leaving, new ones appearing-- typically the ones working with patients will be male--=== (when I started with this clinic about 4 years ago--the employees were women-- efficient, competent, intelligent to talk with)==== (2) Kahn-- whom I have NOT personally talked with for about 3 years is now hawking his brand of vitamins which--maybe once he gets the vitamin biz off the ground he'll actually meet with patients (3) Kahn became t... read more
