Awful and unprofessional service. We were concerned about our load and called the company repeatedly and would not get a response. I finally got a call back and was told my load would be there when it got there. He was rude and told me he would leave my load on the side of the road if I called again. I called 2 days later and he never answered again. He in-fact did leave my load on the side of the i-40. I learned about my load a few days later when I got a call from local authorities.
