The first time we went on a tour with them it was great, but we went for a second this past weekend, and Tami and her mother were abrasive and rude. Tami took our family on a tour she hadn't tried before, and We all had headsets on to hear what she said. I fell, as mom, and Tami swore loudly, twice, and was annoyed at me. What a great day / tour led by Tammy. Boogying from point to point and all the while speaking to us through 2 way headsets to give us the low down (or is it down-low ) of the area sights/sites. We were privileged to see sea otter, seals, humpbacks - two pair ~ mamma & baby, sea lions, surfers en masse' and more along the way. She obliged us with our own photo ops requests along the way, not to mention this 2kewl set here she took as we were traveling. HIGHLY recommend this for anyone.
5 stars for Segways Santa Cruz! Luved the tour and tour guide. Everyone should do this.
So much fun. We took the whole family and all had smiles on faces. Very safe and interesting. A must do activity.
DONT miss this attraction. It is worth every dollar and then some. "Ma Ma Duck" is a magnetic and bright soul. Even if you hate the Segway ride itself, WHICH YOU WONT.. Its worth it just to spend time with her and her knowledge of the area, sea and wild life
Santa and I had such a blast on the tour and Tami is an energetic, awesome tour guide!!! We saw dolphins, sea lions and beautiful scenery! I HIGHLY recommend this tour and we will do it again when we make it back to Santa Cruz.
