Great customer service!
I recently brought my scooter in for repair, and the staff was very friendly and took great care of everything. Prices were reasonable, and they were very efficient and quick with fixing it. I highly recommend Segway of Ontario if you want a knowledgeable, skilled and friendly atmosphere for your e-scooter needs.
I went to this shop to get my pole bar fixed because it wasn’t straight. After the repair, the mechanic give me my scooter while leaving the shop. I hear a rattling in my scooter comes to find out the mechanic left a screw that should have been removed, and within a day my wheel started squeaking. Upon further inspection, I noticed a broken screw and that the cover for my wheel air valve was also missing.
