I’m disappointed with the service here. Despite being an authorized Segway center, they couldn't perform a simple repair that any bike shop handles in 5 minutes for $10. I would have gladly paid them a higher fee to get it fixed, but they were unable to help.

Professional and friendly staff. Fixed my scooter at a reasonable price with a very quick turnaround. Good communication via text and phone. Very much recommend.
