DO NOT USE THIS GUY! We had a contract. He stated that he was going to finish in 2-3 weeks. 50% of the amount was given upon signing contract. He worked for 1 1/2 week at a very slow pace. He then disappeared and would not pick up his phone for 1week. He claimed to have personal issues. At least he should’ve communicate that to me. He came back to work for another 3 days.
