Sale was professionally managed and closed in a short period of time.
Absolutely the worst title company I have ever dealt with. This transaction turned into a month-long nightmare because this office refused to provide a complete list of what they needed. Instead, they asked for one document, we got it. Then they asked for another. We got that. Then another. And another. The process never ended. We repeatedly asked them to tell us EVERYTHING they needed so we could resolve the issue once and for all. They never would. They just kept moving the goalposts and dragging the transaction out. Quick and easy!
Even though the information was not favorable for me, I am so glad I got the advice and counsel from the staff at Seguin Title Co. I will definitely call them when I am ready to sell my property. The Advice: buying a home on the courthouse steps, sheriff's deed, is a risky investment and oftentimes leads to a much higher cost to build, remodel, or sell.
So far I've had a great experience with Seguin Title company! Very quick and they made sure to answer any questions i had. Special thanks to Terri Hinson, Peggie Haynes and Clarice Brzozowski for assisting me through the process of my first land purchase. Highly recommend!
