The service at our home was great and the technician friendly and knowledgeable. The local service manager was awesome to deal with too. The first time we had him out a few years ago he was a local business owner. But now, be prepared to feel like you're dealing with a national corporation. From setting up the appointment to getting an invoice a month later, it all felt a bit impersonal. And payment options are limited to mailing a cheque or paying a 4% surcharge for a credit card payment. E-transfers aren't an option right ... read more
