My husband and I just closed on a property where Cierra Humber was the sellers agent. We talked to her 3 times in total. The first time was on the phone and she definitely did not have her clients best interest in mind. She didn’t answer all the questions asked in writing any of the times. Had her foreign virtual assistant do all of the work and keep in touch with us which comes off as extremely lazy on her part. Michael zin does not reply when you try to view the homes he has listed. I called him, texted him, and received no response. Even made an appointment and received no response. This is why the houses he list stay on the market for months. I feel bad for the sellers.
