Best hvac service in town ,fast and reliable, and reasonably priced
My first time requesting service and they were very prompt. Affordable and honest. Do yourself and favor and look no further. I needed a part to fix my air conditioner and they expedited shipping and had everything working in a couple of days. On top of that they fixed my AC enough to work on the days we waiting on new part. 10/10!!! I give thanks
My furnace went out last Tuesday, and as I began calling some of the larger HVAC companies (Logan, Hauck, GetEco etc) Segrest was recommended by a neighbor of mine, as they installed his furnace a few years ago. I contacted Jeremy and he was out same day to give me an estimate, along with letting me know the multiple options I could go with. Took 5 days and multiple broken promises of "I'll have it to you by today" just to get a quote that completely ignored everything I was asking for. They were on site on Friday morning, I asked them specifically if they could install a specific Trane system that I wanted to purchase or if they could get me a better price on their system. I had the exact make/model/price of a unit that they could compare with. They promised me they would write it up both ways and have it to me by the end of the day.
