Took 5 days and multiple broken promises of "I'll have it to you by today" just to get a quote that completely ignored everything I was asking for. They were on site on Friday morning, I asked them specifically if they could install a specific Trane system that I wanted to purchase or if they could get me a better price on their system. I called Segrest HVAC on a Saturday morning in the middle of a severe cold snap. Within just a couple hours Josh Reed was on site. He was able to immediately diagnose the problem with our boiler system and come up with a solution that would hold us over until the part it needed came in. By Monday morning, Josh had completely fixed them problem. He went out of his way to make sure everything was working as it should. Called and called me back in a respectful time. Even though I called at midnight and he talked me through on how to get it running until I can get the replacement part if needed. He was patient with me on trying to understand their language. You just don't get people like that anymore.

Quick and efficient. The technician that was sent got my grandma's heater working in under an hour and was very polite and respectful. I would definitely suggest segrest to all my associates.
