My furnace died on the coldest, snowiest Saturday of this year and I contacted Jeremy Segrest on a referral. They reworked their schedule and installed a new furnace on Monday. The young men were courteous, informative, and did a great job. I cannot say enough good things about this small family-owned business. I will never hesitate to contact them for any of my heating/air situations. Small business, big customer service!
