The true measure of a Company, in my opinion, is the customer service after the sale. Sego's Home Medical Equipment has exceeded my expectations! Terrible company got the run around about a part for 6 months before I received it. Chair was small the part I received was more for a baby's chair not an adult and I think they did it out of spite
Total incompetence asked for an email 5 times for an upgrade price from Medicare scooter for my uncle and no one in office can send one slow full of excuses calling Medicare soon as they approve not buying anything from these people.
I only got to work for Sego's for about a month, but from the very beginning, all of my surrounding staff were so encouraging and supportive so that I would be able to do my best and have the resources to succeed. The Rehab Department that I worked in was compassionate and clearly cared deeply for patients and their medical needs, my direct supervisor, Ashley, especially so. Sego's is the best! They are quick and professional. They have graciously helped me with everything I needed for my mom. Their great staff and Gene Sego make a difficult situation so much easier to handle. I would return to them anytime I need them. Highly recommended!!
Brittany Clark had gone above and beyond to ensure my dad received the lightweight wheelchair he desperately needed as soon as she can facilitate, With all the accessories she ordered for him had made his mobility easier to manage and safer. My moms power wheelchair was delivered a few weeks ago and this has been life changing for her. It did take a few months to get but that's just what you have to do if you want the insurance to pay. It's worth it in the end. She has her independence back and she is happier than ever. Thank you Ashley for all the hard work.
This company is the worst business I have ever dealt with. Service is awful and customer service is terrible. Their billing system is totally dysfunctional. DONT buy equipment from this company. Don’t do business with them.
