I am very happy with Sego's detailed and thorough inspection. Mark seems very knowledgable and really tested out all of the features of the home. The report is detailed with pictures. When I met with Mark at the house, he answered all my questions and walked my through any aspect of the home I was unclear about. Mark also gave me several suggestions for small improvement I can make. I have not moved in yet, but I expect no surprises after Sego's review.

I would highly recommend having your home inspection or radon inspections done with them. Mark is very thorough and detail oriented with the inspection and did a great job of explaining his findings. He also did a great job of pointing out small details within the home and gave great recommendations of ways to further improve the home.

If I could give them no stars I would! Sego Inspections did the home inspection on the house I recently purchased. A significant water leak was found that was very obviously missed during the inspection. It has caused a significant amount of damage and there is significant mold growth because of this leak. I have tried contacting Sego Inspections and leaving messages but they will not return my calls. I feel very taken advantage of. The client had left a message on our service and a return call was made and a message left to please contact the inspector directly at the number provided within the report so that assessment could be made as to what the issue was. A call was also made to the client's realtor to inform them of the call that was received and to let them know that we were readily available to speak with the client should the need arise.
