In mid-February of 2022, we met with Richard Bruce (Rick) from Sego Automation LLC at our factory in South Carolina to discuss a Shutter Louver Machine that Sego Automation LLC manufactures. Spent $110,000 on Sego Automation LP-100 louver machine. The machine was designed with critical faults, functioned poorly when it functioned, and never worked for more than two days at a time. Sego shipped the LP-100 six months late with extra charges for expediting. The LP-100 arrived non-functional with bolts rolling around loose in its crate.
