Called to try and schedule an appointment asked a simple question. Woman's name was Michelle. Very rude and short with me. If they treat a new customer this way right off the bat I'd never take my pet there. Very poor customer service. And Way over booked I see why they don't have 5 star ratings.
Friendly place. They give vaccines in the neck which isn't preferred in case of a reaction doesn't provide much for worst case scenario. Always plan on an extra hour. Never on time and habitually overbooked appts. Would probably find a different place but hard to transfer all three dogs.
