If you want a physician that is responsive and returns your phone calls you need a different physician
Dr Seger may be the greatest Physcian in the world, but his staff is HORRIBLE as the never return phone calls, so if you want a physician that return your calls I would suggest you look elsewhere
Dr. Seger is an amazing electrophysiologist! We love him but his staff have a lot of room for improvement when it comes to returning calls and getting the operating schedules correct.
Dr. Seger may be one of the best in his discipline but doesn’t do any good if you can’t ever get in to see him. Office is a disaster as it relates to organization. Appointments are cancelled day before and next available is at least six weeks out. Staff is unresponsive with poor attitudes. If you want to be ignored as a patient this is the practice for you.
Dr. Seger has excellent reviews but he has too many patients. I’ve been a patient for eight years and it takes months to get an appointment. Every single time when my appointment comes around I get a call the day before cancelling it. The reason is always he won’t be in the office or in surgery. This hasn’t happened just once or twice but consistently over years. This is very frustrating. Don’t waste your time with this doctor. Find one that has time for you as a patient.
Great Doctor and staff
Dr. Seger can be a good doctor, but he has a tendency not to listen and rush appointments. He can also be a bit rude.
Outstanding physician. He’s knowledgeable and knows exactly what to do. I am a repeat patient and will be for life.
This is my secong review of Dr. Seger. After being a patient of 15 years feel I can give an honest opinion. One of the first things I learned about Dr. Seger was that you had to be patient as someone with his knowledge and skill is in great demand. I just had my third pacemaker implanted a week ago, the first one was not done by Dr. Seger and did more damage than it helped.
