Dr. Segal has always been professional and kind over the 15+ years I have seen him. We've shared good conversation during my annual office visits and he's even gone out of his way to write recommendation letters for new medication trials to the manufacturer and insurance companies. He is one of the busiest professionals in the Beloit Healthcare System and when the time comes for him to hang up that hat, he will be missed.
Dr. Segal is warm and personable. I always feel comfortable with him. I had a very old carcinoma on my nose that he removed and, now, you'd never know it was there.
I'd give 0 stars if I could, such a terrible bedside manner. I completely understand the nickname "Butcher of Beloit" because he butchered my chest during a mole removal and left me with a nasty scar. Segal was the first dermatologist I ever saw and I didn't realize what a terrible experience I had until I recently saw a new dermatologist who treated me like a human being.
