I don't know what kind of shoddy work they do my house is just two years old and my roof is starting failing. The customer service is just terrible so as maria perna ！
The team at Riverview Estates West is amazing! From the beginning, working with Chris on my build, to the service team after settlement (Roy, Waleed, Joe, Jerry, Kara, Matthew), I can't compliment them enough. Always friendly, but more importantly, they do a great job and really care about the homeowners and their new home experience.
The service department is a joke Very difficult to work with ! Never reply or follow up with a problem! The builder or the people works there doesn't care about customer after closing ！ Sucks
Took some time to get the house built but so happy with it! They jumped through hoops on closing day. Very helpful in taking time to help choose options. And, service for walk thru and touch- ups are fantastic!
