We purchased a new build from Segal & Morel in June 2025. This was our third experience purchasing a new build the prior two having been bought from different builders so we have an idea of what to expect from the process. We were under contract with Segal & Morel for over one year and during this time had several opportunities to interact with them. I don't know what kind of shoddy work they do my house is just two years old and my roof is starting failing. The customer service is just terrible so as maria perna ！
The team at Riverview Estates West is amazing! From the beginning, working with Chris on my build, to the service team after settlement (Roy, Waleed, Joe, Jerry, Kara, Matthew), I can't compliment them enough. Always friendly, but more importantly, they do a great job and really care about the homeowners and their new home experience.
The service department is a joke Very difficult to work with ! Never reply or follow up with a problem! The builder or the people works there doesn't care about customer after closing ！ Sucks
