These guys are the best in the game bought a machine from another company and had nothing but trouble so decided to buy a new one from them best thing I did best service and quality highly recommend
The food and coffee were tasteless, the breads was very dry. Terrible service. They need to improve a lot.
After 11 years my Gaggia Accademia was showing signs of age and although it still made great coffee it needed some serious work on it. I had always carried out the required services at home but, due to living in a regional area, had never taken it back to Segafredo for a proper service. The coffee came well packaged and in a timely manner. The Intermezzo makes a lovely cup for my taste. The free shipping made it all pretty decent value.
