The palm house is a lovely area place but the cafe was really disappointing. The area where you order food was poorly organised & seemed to be a waste of time queuing, as people were served out of order. I ordered a ham & mustard sandwich which came without the mustard. It comprised of one slice of fatty ham between two pieces of sourdough. I could hardly taste the ham. The side salad was just the size of a dessert spoon.
Disappointed as play area was out of order due to vandalism.
Coffee and cake was excellent
A small caf� located inside the iconic Palm House in Sefton Park. The tea was good and reasonably priced and the staff were friendly. What truly makes this place special, however, is the beautiful setting, surrounded by lush, calming greenery. I would definitely recommend it for a short break or to warm up during a walk in the park.
Lovely venue, awful coffee. Twice I visited, sadly not for me anymore, waste of money
