RecommendedDoctors and Nurses were very professional and friendly. The service was good. But as I was waiting for my blood results they moved me to a another waiting room in the er. I had no problem with it untill there was a lady sitting there also with a bucket throwing up and on an IV. I'm not blaming her. The dr or nurse should never have moved here there. Saturday afternoon was one of the best experience I had in a long time at MMH. The staff was absolutely fabulous and took great care of me and my needs. The Doctor was awesome, and very concern how I was feeling the next day. It’s not that often you get a call from the emergency room doctor checking on you. I truly appreciate her for calling. I don’t have my paperwork with me to give you her name, but she is an absolutely awesome doctor. Five star ⭐️ rating from Katherine L. Bratcher.

Pretty sure HIPPA laws don’t apply to those at this facility! Patient privacy doesn’t exist either!
The nurses in all units i was in were great.

I had excellent care in the ICU. The nurses were the best. After moving to another unit it didn’t go as well as it could but still excellent nursing care. Was disappointed that the nursing staff upon release did not follow up on the phone calls they promised.
just spent five weeks in there, room 230. the nurses and staff treated me very well
