This has been my primary bank for quite a few years. Ever since SEFCU became Broadview I have had multiple issues with my account. I just got off the phone with someone because I had 3 missed calls from their phone number. The man told me their was no info for this and no notes in their system. I told him a had a fraud text message yesterday for $452 to my account and had my card blocked. He also could not confirm any of this info and advised me my card was not blocked. I read the comments from people and I couldn't believe it until I went myself to cash a check and it took half an hour with 3 people and it didn't work. They failed. Don't go there, you will only lose your time.
Truly a cheap and messed up company that couldn't care less about loyal members/customers of over 7 years, wouldn't recommend this pathetic company to anyone. Go to another credit union or bank
Absolute incompetent Leadership. Management team should be replaced !
