IMHO completely incompetent and unskilled. They do not know the difference between a concrete slab foundation and raised pier even after you tell them which one in on your building. Inaccuracies galore! Calling a 2 story building a one story building. eventually I fired them and hired another company which came back with an appraisal that was almost double their appraised value. I would not hire them to appraise my dog house. INCOMPETENCE x 10!
