I stopped to look at a property in Garland. There is a notice demanding payment and being sued for repairs, that wpuld be an absolute nightmare to be renting some place being sued. Could you imagine living there? And having it foreclosed or deputies coming around all because your landlord doesn't pay bills?
Now I usually only rate places that I like to go, but sometimes you have that one place that just has to be thrown out there AND this is one of them I rented from them for a year and they have things that are broken that they never fix. I didn’t have a oven for six months so I had to eat out all the time which cost me hundreds of dollars more a month and then when I moved out, it took a bunch of shoddy photos and tried to say I owed them 1800 dollars for some paper, thin doors that they have in their units.
