Now I usually only rate places that I like to go, but sometimes you have that one place that just has to be thrown out there AND this is one of them I rented from them for a year and they have things that are broken that they never fix. I would be careful I talked to a female realtor it was as almost as if she didn’t want to sell the property and didn’t want people doing there due diligence on it. I would try and ask for a different representative if possible but the office representative was very professional
Don’t contact these people specially Jennifer Kirk she has a horrible attitude and does not know how to work with people and answer questions we have toward a property we’re trying to rent . She answers with an attitude she does not have the capacity to be a realtor.
We used Seeto Realty as a tenant of a property. They were very responsive to our maintenance requests as well as informative about the property. We have used about 10 different property management companies and they have been the best.
