January 2023, I had my Annual Exam scheduled with Dr. Seetha Sureddi. The office had pipes burst in December. I should have been given a courtesy call to reschedule. The fans were blowing in the waiting area. Once I got in the examination room, visiable mold was on the sheet rock covered with some sort of plastic.
