Had the exact same issue as another reviewer. Wish I had seen the reviews before paying $350 on an intake for my son to play a game and nothing more. Sabrina was unprofessional in our conversations and we went over the same stuff again on our second call as the first. She could sense my annoyance and defended herself “I took notes!” But she didn’t have them with her. Sounded like she was outside smoking every time I talked to her. It was helpful for my daughter to talk about her Middle School challenges but her therapist in training really didn’t get to the root of why she was depressed and frustrated. This was eventually exposed with a proper ADHD diagnosis and counseling at her High School.
