Had an appointment to adjust my progressive lenses at 11a. Checked in at 10:55a for what should’ve been a five minute sit down. Waited as two other clients were given opportunity to pick out and fitted for glasses after coming out of the exam room, INCLUDING one that the doc said if you see an empty take to pick out some glasses. Walked out after waiting 45 minutes and no one acknowledged I was there after I checked in. Sorry, not coming back. AND still not happy with the product I received.
Could not have been more pleased with my treatment . Everyone in the office and especially Dr Hicks made me feel comfortable and confident that they were giving me the absolute best treatment I could have. I personally have a condition that's a little "different" from the norm, but Dr Hicks is giving it his full attention, and I know he'll stick with me till my problem is resolved. Took my 8 years old daughter for eye exam. Had a great experience! Dr. Hicks and his team members were caring , very thorough and took their time to examine her and talk about available treatment. I was very impressed and relieved feeling that my child’s vision care is in the hands of professionals who treated my kid as their own.
