Very pleasant and helpful people although the promise date was a week later than they delivery date on my glasses. Very poor design on the motorcycle glasses the retaining strap is right against your ear so the strap is worthless you have to get push on straps if you wear a helmet you can't use their standard strap, rubs against your ear with helmet! The other pair of standard glasses had to be remade twice because the bifocal to high and in my line of sight for distance.
Well organized and extremely friendly staff Was registered immediately ipon arrival and had a complete eye exam in a short time. Then had my new glasses ordered , all on the same day. Dr Hicks is very informative and has excellent bedside manners
I liked this place as soon as I walked in it. The music was instrumental and sounded like Christian music. 🙌😊 My follow up with the Optomestrist was a good experience and will have my yearly visit in the next week. I recommend this practice. 👌
A friend referred me to Dr Hicks and I have to tell you, what a great experience. Everyone there was pleasant, helpful and I never felt rushed. They took there time in helping me find frames (in my price range) and Dr Hicks was very thorough and gave me options to help with my blurry eyes. This is my new go to. You know, it is hard to find customer service these days and it is refreshing when it pops up again.
