I love Dr. Policepatil and the staff in her office. Dr. Policepatil is very knowledgeable and, therefore, has been great at diagnosing my illnesses or issues. Everyone in her office has been very kind and helpful to me.
After many restless years of unresolved issues with my mom's care I am forced to move on to a different family provider and physician for my mom as she does nothing for her care and needs. The receptionist was very catty with me and made sure she let me know how she felt last we spoke this afternoon when I tried to make an appointment for her scheduled routine physical for an adult day care program.
