Very unprofessional. I had an appointment for a follow up. After waiting an hour she relayed to me, through staff, that I had the wrong kind of appointment set up. Although I had an appointment which should have reserved me an allotted time, she refused to see me to even simply explain to me my next steps. Very unprofessional. I will be filling a complaint with Kaiser
