I've been going to Dr. Sood for several years now, while I should have stopped long ago. 1) Getting an appt seems relatively easy, but the wait once you arrive for any appt is regularly over an hour, and I've been there up to 3 total hours more times than I care to count. 2) Dr. Sood seems nice most of the time, but her bedside manner can be atrocious.
