On behalf of an HOA, I was directed to Seely & Durland by a colleague after our prior agency was not helpful with a D&O policy that was about to lapse unexpectedly. I was put into contact with Dot Pinckney who was incredibly responsive, made a very tight deadline and was flexible when we needed to up our coverage. Even afterword, when there was confusion about a payment, Dot was proactive and got us an answer quickly so we did not overpay. Fantastic customer experience so far- thank you for your hard work!
