Katie is literally the best massage therapist I have seen. She is strong and very educated in what’s connected to what causing what and releases connecting muscles for better range in movement and pain relief. Shes so incredibly good at what she does, I get a deep tissue effective massage but it’s still relaxing. Amazing amazing massage
As an athlete who seeks out intense pressure and deep tissue work, Katie has been a life changing massage therapist since a friend recommended her about 2 years ago. Not only does she expertly cure pains, tightness and alignment issues, but she gives you the knowledge of why those issues happen and how to manage them. Within minutes, Katie can find the areas that need work better than I can describe them to her. Whatever your massage needs are, I couldn't recommend Katie enough.
Threw out my lower back and felt helpless after months of rest and subpar massages. A friend suggested Katie and very thankful that he did. She honed in on the issue, worked her magic and got me on my feet again. I can’t believe that one massage can work the wonders that it did. Personally have never experienced one like it. Highly recommend Katie
