I haven’t personally used Adrienne’s services, but I can speak to who she is as a person and professional. She is incredibly compassionate, thoughtful, and truly cares about helping others in a meaningful way. She brings both experience and heart to the work she’s doing. Building a business in this space takes so much courage, and it’s clear she’s doing it with integrity and intention. I would absolutely trust her to support anyone navigating recovery.

I came to Seeking Depth to Recovery specifically looking for deeper trauma and relational work, not basic nervous system skills. From the start, I was very clear with the office manager (Hanna) about my background and what I needed.
