Dr. Shafina is kind, compassionate, and genuinely supportive. During a very challenging phase of my life, I’ve been grateful to have her as my therapist. She is responsive, respectful, and easy to work with. I appreciate her care and look forward to continuing my recovery with her support.
Shafinah is absolutely amazing! She is kind, realistic, gentle, supportive and understanding. She cares about your whole being and is clinically informed in a lot of areas. I'm grateful I found her She has made it possible to work through decades of "emotional bottle necks/baggage" at my pace, to be fully present and ALIVE
Shafina has a way of connecting with her patients which is paramount in allowing them to open up to their feelings specially in adolescents who are apt to shut down. My relationship with my daughter is and will slowly improve for the better.
