☆☆☆☆ My experience at this program has negatively affected my recovery. Recovery should provide stability, consistency, and a safe environment, but I often felt the opposite. After another resident threatened me, I was the one who was considered for a room move, including being placed with someone else who had previously threatened me. From day one, the techs made me feel welcomed, supported, and comfortable. What stood out most to me was the apartment staff and technicians. Their patience, encouragement, and ability to genuinely connect with people made a massive impact on me personally.
