I had an amazing massage with Matthew at Seek Health. He was professional, attentive, and instantly made me feel comfortable. His technique and sense of pressure were perfect — I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Seek Health itself is spotless, well-organized, and incredibly prompt. The booking and check-in process were smooth from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — five stars all the way! ♂️

Seek Health’s Infrared Sauna is wonderful! First, it is big enough for me to lay on my back, with legs comfortably bent.Second, the heat climbs slowly. I never was uncomfortable. I did sweat, which was also amazingly comfortable. I was given both a big towel and a hand towel, for my use inside, plus there was one to sit on & one for my feet. Dr. Mckenzie is truly the best, and I hope she never, ever leaves Carpinteria! I have been seeing her since November 2024, and she is now a staple in my health and wellness routine.
