I bought a used Jeep from them on July 15,2023, picked up on the 17th, it has quit me driving down the road twice and on numerous other times has attempted to do the the same. Afraid to drive the Jeep. Paid cash money for the Jeep, tried to get them to come down on their price but would t so paid the price they wanted for it and now Im out a lot of money for a vehicle I can not even drive!!! <p>We have never been told of any issues on the vehicle so we can at least have a chance to address. Phone call yesterday from the customer but wouldn't leave contact info. Instructions have been given to Sales person to reach out to see what the issue is and try to resolve.</p><p></p>
We have never had an issue with Seeger Toyota. This is the only place most of my family goes to buy their vehicles. We are happy with our service and will be back again!
I’m very upset with Seeger Toyota. We have been working since Monday towards a specific vehicle and our salesmen acted like we were good to go, then today when he said we were approved and to call him to proceed foreword, we thought we were picking up a vehicle and they told us it SOLD because the other people put something down full knowing we were putting money down but we weren’t even told to do this.
