I went to Seegar Toyota today for a safety recall for my 2018 Toyota Tundra. I received a call from a lady telling me that there was a safety recall and that I needed to get my truck in to replace some parts. I asked if they had the parts on hand and would be ready to do the replacement. She said that they had the parts and that it would take around 3.5 hours for them to install them. Seeger would improve greatly if they would get a new Finance manager. Greg tried every trick with us: quoting monthly payment without tax added in to make the payment seem low, upcharged service plan extended warranty by $1200 & telling us the low monthly payment financed to lure us in. He was unprofessional after we didn't go with his lender or service plan. Do your homework people...we got the same extended warranty for $1800 less elsewhere!

RecommendedOn 9/3, I was making appointments for two vehicles at different dealers. I had made an appointment for my Corolla at 9:30 on 9/11 & an appointment for my wife’s car at 7am on 9/18. Having a senior moment on 9/4, I took my Corolla to Seeger at 7am. They couldn’t find anything showing I had an appointment but told me no problem. They set me up with a service advisor, had the oil changed within the time promised & I was on my way, even though I was 1 week & 2-1/2hrs early. Great service department & staff!!!
