Immaculate customer service
If I could give them a negative star I would. This Agency is a joke, unprofessional and I wouldn’t suggest anyone to work nor interact with them. First issue is I had to step in on behalf of a worker to ensure they were paid, then a patients son whom is not present in his mother life at all lied on a worker, when we informed them to look at the camera then all of a sudden they weren’t accusing her of taking anything.
